Refund policy

Every RAIYA piece is thoughtfully selected and produced in limited quantities.

Due to hygiene considerations, all earrings and earring-containing sets are final sale. In addition, because our collections are produced in small runs, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, styling preferences, or fit.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@shopraiya.com and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.

Please note that natural gemstones, pearls, and handcrafted details may vary slightly in color, shape, texture, and appearance. These variations are part of the beauty of each piece and are not considered defects.
